On September 16, 2014, Grove City College President Paul J. McNulty ’80 spoke to over 125 students and guests at the Freedom Readers Economic Dessert Series. In his interesting talk, Mr. McNulty discussed corporate fraud and the hefty fines and punishments associated with it. President McNulty is a former U.S. Deputy Attorney General and partner in the global law firm Baker & McKenzie. He oversaw the prosecution of terrorists in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, set policy for prosecuting corporate fraud and is considered a leading expert on business ethics, corporate governance, and regulatory risk management.
