In February of 2020, President Paul McNulty, the ninth president of Grove City College, gives his reflections on the history of impeachment in the United States. He briefly looks at the impeachments Presidents Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton, and Donald Trump. During the Clinton impeachment, President McNulty was in the role of Chief Counsel – Director of Communication for the Impeachment Proceedings in the House Judiciary Committee. President McNulty shares his experiences as a key eyewitness to those historic events and reflections over 20 years later.
