About Dr. Michael Kazin

Michael Kazin is Professor of History at Georgetown University. He is an expert in U.S. politics and social movements during the 19th and 20th centuries and is currently working on a history of the American left, to be published by Knopf. His most recent book is A Godly Hero: The Life of William Jennings Bryan. He received his B.A. from Harvard in 1972 and his PhD in History from Stanford University in 1983.
