Given the Institute’s unique position within higher education today, and the unique perspective that our students and scholars have, we believe our country need to benefit from this more than ever. The Institute hosts a series of lectures and events in Washington, D.C., train Grove City College interns, network with College alumni, and eventually be a beacon of faith and freedom in our nation’s capital. In addition to the programming listed above, each year the Institute sends a group of 40+ students to attend a networking trip around CPAC. At this event students have the opportunity to network with professionals in the industry and reconnect with past Grove City College alumni. Each student participates in multiple events including luncheons, events, and attending the convention. We invite you to sign up for our email distribution list if you are interested in our D.C. events.
Our Speaker Policy: The Institute for Faith & Freedom at Grove City College invites speakers from a variety of perspectives, including within the wider tent of the conservative movement—a movement that regrettably has become fractured and difficult to define and find consensus. No speaker is perfect nor meets each and every individual’s purity test. All are flawed and fallen. An invitation to a speaker is NOT to be construed as an endorsement of that speaker. Speakers and their views do not constitute official policy of the institute or of Grove City College. The Institute for Faith & Freedom encourages debate and a vigorous exchange of ideas. We do not disinvite because of disagreement. We are firmly against cancel culture.
