Hailing from the Baltimore Metropolitan Area, Emily is a junior majoring in English and minoring in philosophy and pre-law at Grove City College.
On campus, Emily serves as the chief copy editor of The Quad, deputy executive communications editor of The Journal of Law and Public Policy, the president of GCC’s chapter of the Network of Enlightened Women (NeW), and occasionally writes cultural commentary for The Collegian’s perspectives page. Additionally, Emily serves as co-founder and chief communications officer for a startup business dedicated toward screening early tendencies of dyslexia in elementary school children. She also volunteers as a freshman mentor. During the spring semester, Emily will participate in the NeW’s Student Media Fellowship.
Deeply concerned about the state of western civilization for future generations, Emily penned and defended her high school senior thesis on the cruciality of classical Christian education. She hopes to make a societal impact pursuing a career in law, public policy, and/or education.
